Nrt Cab Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Provision
The drivers offer transportation services to passengers using the Nrt Cab mobile application. The Nrt Cab app acts as the platform connecting the drivers and passengers, facilitating ride requests and matching passengers with available drivers. To access the Services on nrtcab.com, you must register for the Service. Registration on nrtcab.com is free.

  2. Additional Charges

    • $2.00 per ‘on the way stop’
    • $5.00 for 10 minutes of wait time
  3. Lost Objects
Lost object(s) shall be returned to the police station office within twenty-four (24) hours of its discovery.

  4. Payment from Passengers
Nrt Cab is a hybrid model that consists of online payment and cash payments. 9. Digital Pricing Lists
Nrt Cab provides customers with digital pricing lists that outline the fees for different routes and services offered through the platform. Nrt Cab drivers are required to have access to these pricing lists either as digital copies on their devices or in printed paper format to ensure transparency and accurate fare quoting. Changes will not be made to pricing without thirty days notice to both passengers and drivers.

  10. Independent Business Relationship
The drivers and Nrt Cab maintain an independent business relationship. Drivers have the freedom to choose their availability and can decide which rides to accept. They are responsible for their own expenses, including vehicle maintenance, insurance, license, and fuel. Drivers have the flexibility to work with other rideshare companies or have other sources of income and are not bound by exclusive agreements with Nrt Cab.
